I'm not really sure how to fix your anatomy but if you were looking for slightly more realistic proportions I've tried, not perfect but you should have a better idea of where you went wrong from this. This is maybe the second time I've ever used my tablet so I suck massive ass with it but hey I tried.

Also with the pose you picked you've drawn the shoulders pulled up wich would obscure the neck and part of the face.

Honestly it's a terrible redline but best I could do right now.
