Hmm... I think the wrinkles on the clothes could use some work, as at the moment it just looks like you randomly placed lines instead of actually considering how drapery looks like. Try adding more detail around the pinches of the clothes (armpits, boobs etc.) You should also try adding folds around where the clothing hugs her skin, like pic related.
