It's also a consumer demographic issue; most art consumers and buyers are porn addicts and teenagers. Porn addicts share and buy art and teenagers share porn art everywhere.

Literally use any excuse to draw. Make your own reaction drawings and use that at least as a warm-up.
Get creative, draw badly, go out of your comfort zone, make mistakes, test new shit, try new shit, draw whatever the fuck you want but most importantly; have fun.
