I like it, it's pretty cute. I don't know how you drew it so fast it takes me that much time just to come up with a sketch.
I wouldn't make the legs bend to 90°, to me that looks uncomfortable. I would rather do something like picrel.
As for the background, not sure how you went with it, but as for me every time I try to draw a girl and then give it a background, I end up giving up. Basically, if I'm gonna draw a full pic with bg I have to be decided about it from the beginning, otherwise it'll always look off.
