why are we the containment thread for schizos again ?

how do people find "fun" in art? Isn't it more like a skill you learn like playing an instrument? How does it become enjoyable unless you like to torment yourself? Or does it only become fun once you're miles ahead of everyone else?

Tbh I'm not a complete beg, I can do gesture and simple construction and some anatomical forms from hampton book.
But I'm really bad at values, I understand the concepts it is just my hands and eyes doesn't. It is usually reflected light too dark or too light, core not soft enough or not dark enough.
I keep doing 5 value system scale everyday but they are not consistent enough.
Will get there some day
