this is very simple cell shading. two layers with a bit of smudging/ blurring at the softer edges. plus one light layer, really simple shit. just ask a friend of yours on that level, shouldn't be too hard to find someone to teach you with a video call or something

pic rel is a tutorial on cell shading that i personally found quite useful for stylized work
