Just because that has become a meme on /ic/ doesn't mean your exempt from mockery, Ironicaly the meme is used to show how people like you probably should be doing something else if you can't recognize basic shape and how those lead to a completed work.

The circle given is more than enough for the base, you do two slightly rounded triangles for ears, two almond shaped eyes a chestnut nose and a bucket mouth. It's just breaking down basic shapes like this diamond in the related picture.
