Is anyone else extremely particular about the environment they can work in?

I sit down at the same time every day to work, and haven't had a consistent drawing schedule in years because I can't focus. Every apartment I've lived in, my neighbors are loud as fuck all hours of the day. I can't concentrate when it sounds like there's a herd of spooked horses galloping around on the floor above me day in and day out.
The only good days I have are when my neighbors are on vacation or if I'm somewhere quiet.

Playing music, using headphones or whatever never works.
