Any tips on blocking feet in? I have trouble just doing a quick foot to block in my figure to balance it out. Any tips would be appreciated!

I started actually on the lower body, hair/face was done last, I was just trying to put in some perspective

Any tips on the legs? I can never settle on the legs and constantly redraw them until I'm ok, I don't know, shits weird.

Everytime I want to draw I find myself at a blank and need to look for a reference to get myself drawing. Is there something wrong with me?
