I've done some thinking, and this will be official site policy moving forward, which I believe is fair.

> blurring your submission, for whatever reason, is now permitted
> however, regardless of the reason, it is heavily, and I mean HEAVILY discouraged
> we will still rely on you to honor the notion that you did spend 30 minutes on whatever it was before it was blurred, and particularly obvious lapses of this will be subject to judgment or a tribunal process if it exists
> if you are blurring for the purposes of an NDA, please know that you should respect whatever the conditions of said NDA is, and that the site is by no means responsible for violations made on part of the submitting artist
> challenge creators have the right to require unblurred / unhidden submissions as a prerequisite to receiving the relevant badge

I personally don't like it, but this is the best I can come up with. If you have suggestions to amend to this, let me know; I'll be adding this to the site help page sometime tomorrow.
