D-does this look okay??
It was just a doodle and I started out on it in a really bad way (first I drew the face, then I drew the hand, then I drew everything else in little sections)
And realized the hand was in kind of a weird place.
I just really wanted to finish it cause I was having fun. Does the gesture/anatomy look too weird?

Looks good so far, you can always push it further if you wanted. I think the leg is out a little too far though.

we can't see anything, consider using Photoshop's brightness contrast tool to make the lines more visible, or just use a pen. Also its probably a little too early for feedback.

Its very cute, anon. I really like his face, the suttle shading is working well. I think some darker values around clouds and in between the two characters would help push the composition. I think the dragon needs a little more value differentiation.
