Maybe you have too much expectation on yourself
To use a video game analogy, you don't stress about missing a shot because you've got like 10 shots in a mag and tons of ammo
You don't even THINK about the one you missed, you're already lining up and taking the next one
Don't put too much emphasis on every single thing being perfect, just adjust your aim for the next one I guess
