I don't think the all fingers no palm holds true here, if you look at it from the ref it's about there there. The perspective could be off but could you please redline for me what you thought was wrong please? Knife is all wiggle and you mean the line is not one smooth stroke? I learned to do it like that and it kinda stuck with me. The roses are flat you mean the solid block that is the shadows? I didn't want to complete the lines of the petals desu.
