Hello, everyone. I'd just like to ask some of you how you go about creating your art. Do you work in black and white first or color and why? What canvas size do you usually use? I'm looking for ways to polish my work because they usually end up very rough. Critique would be appreciated too, I guess.

Something is wrong with the right girl's face and left hand. Face is not properly aligned with the head and her hand's position looks painful. Other than that, it's not bad.
