You need to be aware that the heel sticks out a lot more than you might think, especially when someone is standing with their all weight on their feet. Look at pose 1. You've misplaced the heel and ankle, 2. the arch is not pronounced enough, 3 & 4 your heels are too small and the top of the foot doesn't have enough mass, there's a beautiful S curve that you have missed out on. In general you could work on gesture, there are certain proportions and flow to the feet, they taper from ankle to toe in a wedge shape that you haven't quite got the hang of yet. At some point you've got to take liberties with your reference and start designing more appealing shapes, not just copying. But you need to study anatomy and really understand the foot as a 3D object before you can do that effectively.
