I like Hammermill Cardstock most of all. Graphite erases from it like dry-erase markers off a whiteboard, ink dries in no time and goes down super smooth, good with markers and colored pencils too. It's thick and can take as much erasing as you want to put it through. And it is very white and smooth, some might find it too smooth even but the smoother the better in my book.

Wouldn't be great for water colors or other paints though, but for anything else I can't think of any reason why I wouldn't want to use it.
