You looked at the painting you posted and decided, "you know what, it doesn't matter that the trigger on an AK isn't in front of the banana clip, and that by putting the trigger there I needlessly distract the viewer with an obvious and annoying geographic error that only highlights the questionable choice to try and cram a rifle into the picture, particularly with the barrel just kind of disappearing behind the head in a way that only draws the eye to the confusing hair curler (?) situation going on. And you know what why not have the subject feature both traditional pagan African mouth bullshit AND an apparently biblical reference on his head? And who cares that I phoned in the clouds? I put some flappy v birds in the sky and filled the right side with a bunch of orange bullshit, frustratingly jutting out from behind the character where it looks like the barrel of the rifle should be." If that is "knowing what you're doing" I'm pretty comfortable staying ignorant.
