1. What is better to use for drawing; Photoshop CS6 or SAI? I'm more familiar with SAI, but I've seen lots of artists use PSCS6 for their artwork so I'm kinda unsure on what to use. (I have both available). I am also struggling with which tools I want to use, and I still haven't found a pen/drawing tool which I find comfortable to use. Any suggestions here are appreciated.

2. How do I get better at drawing? I know this is the most basic and probably the most asked question ever within /ic/, but I have no idea where to start. I am currently reading the works of Loomis (Eye of the Painter to be precise), but I want to draw and practice as well as I am studying/gaining knowledge. I am really inspired by Terese Nielsen, Kuvshinov Ilya, Kentaro Miura, especially Terese. I haven't actually gone out looking for increadible pieces of art to be inspired by, so if you got some you want to share with me, then by all means please post them!
