For artists out there that draw them often, how do you start the process of drawing two people interacting? Like kissing/hugging/cuddling/fucking?

I've been working on gestures and the Vilppu videos, but when I have free days to just draw whatever I want, I find that drawing two or more people interacting is a nightmare, especially compared to a dynamic solo pose.

If anyone could impart some tips I would really appreciate it, as I don't believe this is something Villpu has covered.
