What do you do at the factory anon?
I worked in factories for 3 years and overall enjoyed it.
I mainly worked with extrusion and plastic products, shit like plastic sheets for greenhouses,pipes for hot and cold water etc.
It was fun and challenging work, but fuck me was it dangerous. Many instances where my hand could've been fed into a machine, getting cut by box cutters, dipping my hand in a tub of acetone (many times), inhaling steam off of melting plastic, handling hot plastic bare handed cause I can't be fucked to go and grab gloves, etc.
I still get chills whenever I watch those Chinese webms here on 4chan, because I really could have been in some of those situations, like with the forklifts and spinning machinery.
All in all though I think the factory was a great experience. I remember those night shifts where I was alone by myself pumping out products, working at full speed to get that premium money, with rain outside, and the morning sun starting to come up. I would step outside and breathe the fresh air. Shit was amazing.
And when you come back home all beaten up you jump into the bed without even showering and just get knocked out.
Sometimes I would also work on a huge ass machinery that was making products like once and hour, so I would get the product out in like 10 minutes, and then spend the following 50 minutes watching NBA on my phone sitting on my ass. There were no manegers either because it was nightshift and the shift manager didn't give a fuck because he trusted me.
Good fucking times man. But I don't think I will do it again because I was lucky as fuck to get out without a scratch, aside from a finger getting clipped and getting hit in the forehead with metal.
