my suggestion is to drop videos and use actual manuals. loomis, imagine fx for anatomy, they are pretty good, i'm sure there are a lot of other interesting stuff out there. also a decent anatomy manual for artist, one tht has both the single muscles and the planes of light/dark the group of muscles do.
if you do this, you'll get better really soon i think, since your eye looks already pretty decent.
also try to drawn figures with no grays, only black and whites, then eventually add hatching. this is an example of how i do my anatomy exercise (i'm not really good but still this is a good way to learn how to treat masses like the solid things they should be).
also, last but not least, do your anatomy exercise on full figures if you wanna know how a body move. every group of muscles gives movement to another part of the body (for example, muscles of the forearms move the hand) so even if you draw only a little part of a figure, you have to know how the whole body is moving to make it look convincing
