I guess? They seem like a pastiche of various cultures (which is basically what every anime, JRPG, and fantasy story does with fictional cultures). I dont particularly get European from (I guess American Wild West). Im not sure why that would be a bad thing, the show is meant for a western audience. Like what exactly would you want?

This is the one thing I actually agree with you with, it is very derivative of various anime popular on Toonami in the late 90s/ early 2000s.

And supposedly Japanese characters in anime often have multi colored hair and eyes, do you have an issue with that as well?

The trailer also highlights a dark skinned women as the primary conflict, and there are black bad guys in the show itself.
