nice rendering skills, I can tell your problem mostly comes from choosing to add the wrong kind of realistic detail on what should mostly be an stylized sort of drawing but even that would be ok if those lips and eye did not looked so uncannily human, specially the lips. With that said I can tell you are really close to making a breaktrhough and I would love to see more art from u in the future.
