Already looks way better! No worries about the neck, the long slender neck fit the character even before you mentioned it. I figured it was some fantasy funny stuff. The one thing is maybe on the left side define the trapezius a bit more? That's honestly the only thing I can think of that I am mixed about with this art now that the face is positioned properly :) great job!!
