are you autistic? It's quite obvious that he does the line drawing first and then paints underneath,using color dodge in some of those light specs and highlights.
99% or weeb artists work like this. It's quite simple really,and he has a good grasp on fundamentals.
Germans tend to paint like this,Hannes works like this too.

I see where you are coming from,but I think it give it character.Like something that was made by a human.
I also don't think people will care when you can't render like that.
