Your overall facial structure is sound, there are definite cheekbones and brows, the eyes are placed correctly and proportional to the nose. The only thing really cocking it up is the mouth, but the mouth is honestly the hardest fucking shit to draw.

I would recommend practicing just drawing that, and making sure to place it much further up, closer to the nose. Just use a picture of someone as a reference, or if you're a weeb, like 90% of the people on this board are, use Steel Ball Run and JoJolion art as a reference for how to realistically draw mouths, and where to place them.
