I usually experience a couple of brief moments of satisfaction when I finish a piece and then I look at it the next day and it's trash. Will it always be like this?

I actually have a similar problem.
There is this sketch group that meet up once a week close to where I live and the people are concept artists, illustrators and animators. Some of them are seriously good but unfortunately also full blown tumblr SJW judging by their facebook activity. I've already been blocked by one of them for the crime of disagreeing with a Sarkeesian-tier article linked in a private facebook group for freelance artists. I really can't stomach hanging out with these people, yet I want to hang with people that are at their level. I do have some artist friends that hold similar views to mine but they don't live in my city.
