That only really becomes possible with significant experience in figure drawing, from complete beginner that's a couple of years at least.

pretty sure you're overthinking things, or maybe underestimating how long it takes until you feel remotely like you know how to start or what you're doing.
Draw from reference, read books/ watch tutorials, try to apply that, embrace failure, rinse and repeat.
I guarantee you everyone felt the same at some point and knows how aggravating it is, but nobody can hold you hand through that.
