For me, it's the Intuos 3 Medium PTH-651 from Wacom. Yup. Haven't done any updates since I bought this and going 7 years strong, it just works. Bought a refurbished one as a back up just in case. They just don't make them like they used to because they're discontinued now.

I have much more respect for artists who invest time effort and energy drawing their obscure OC, at least they're attempting to be creative and original instead of being the equivalent of a bitch taking dick from the highest bidder.

How did you develop a style? What advice can you give to somebody that has zero appeal and no direction to develop a style? Everything regarding fundamentals seems to be covered except for the singular most important aspect to drawing that'll either make you or break you - an outstanding style that is recognizable with an appeal that is unique and allows others to recognize you with a name.

You have perfectly described /asg/ and /lsg/, zero room for feedback that goes against the status quo of circlejerking and orbiting that one queen ant. I happen to ruffle against the queen of /lsg/ and the way that general collectively reacted just as you described led me to believe the detriment it actually is and realized what a colossal waste of time providing feedback is never mind posting content you create because you won't receive anything useful other than a being part of the circlejerk. A pity it has to come down to you filtering those types of generals that is essentially deleting the social media.

Prohibiting something just because you don't like it doesn't mean it'll go away, hypothetically speaking if you manage to persuade the mods to ban AI related content how exactly do you expect the mods to enforce something that which was created by an AI or a person or both for that matter as we're seeing AI and individuals integrated in art. Secondly, you're going to continue seeing AI related content elsewhere from your news feeds, blogs, twatters, etc. etc. it's not about what you want. I for one welcome the AI and see the AI as tool or assistant it's the perfect method for creating concepts and having thumbnails as different ideas to pick and chose from the best composition and story telling.

Neither of these fags but if you objectively look at her paintings it is the same face, the same hourglass figure that you may even call a stereotype in her case, the same horseshoe shaped pelvis, the same background with whatever fuckall of a clusterfuck scene that makes no sense in terms of light, the same regurgitated pin up compositions conveniently hiding hands, cropping out lower limbs from the knee down, and if you see one Sakimichan piece you have pretty much seen them all.

imo paper is better for beginners because you can focus more on your drawing and less on software minutia. Also pen + paper means no eraser and no ctrl-z which can be good for line confidence.

You don't have friends, only acquaintances. A "Friend" is usually a one way street where the other is the beneficiary whether it be monetary or asset related by asking for "favors" and as soon as you stop providing you all of the sudden become the asshole for not giving them what they want.

Also, count the number of times you kept saying "I" and "Me" you are in a troubled state because you keep thinking about yourself. Instead of thinking about me, me, woe is me why won't you try and become a friend and think about others. Perhaps by doing so you will distract yourself from your woes even if it is just for a moment.
