I picked up Loomis, leafed through it really quick, and holy shit it's a game changer. Can't wait to work through each page methodically.

In the meantime, are there any resources on drawing dirt with a pencil? Seems like a very underaddressed topic, everyone focuses on figures and landscapes are reserved for paintings.

Was diagnosed with Asperger's back when it was still Asperger's, my love of firearms bleeds through into my perpetually unfinished work because I always start things and never complete them

I have heard this is an ADHD thing more than Asperger's but I hate Vyvanse because it turned me into a zombie in college

Is it really this simple? I feel like I'm bashing my head against a wall sometimes. I have a vision in my head but can't execute with my hands and it drives me nuts when I feel like I'm not improving measurably.
