Set a goal of one hour a day as a minimum. Typically I tell myself that when I'm feeling lazy and end up drawing quite a bit.

If you can't even do that, then delete all your video games and other distracting shit.

If you can't EVEN do that then you clearly do not want to draw badly enough so go do something else until next year when you severely regret not having started today.
