you have a couple of problems here. i'll start with pointing out that the head is oversized incase you hadn't noticed but then i would like to add that your largest issue is in the gesture you used. you are focusing to much on details and that is making the whole image look wrong because things aren't working together properly. on the image i included the red line indicates where the image is furthest off balance. she is stretched far to be actually leaning that direction.
