The shoulder problem IS a proportion problem. Villpu has this way of dividing lengths of the body into scapula-long sections, so from tip of the nose to pit of the neck is the same as from medial clavicle end to lateral clavicle end. On top of that comes the acromial process, humerus head and muscle and fat (delts). So don't be afraid to widen her shoulders. If you google 'nude woman front view' you will see that shoulderwidth usually aligns with hip width.

Your hands game is weak, try practicing those. Bridgman and Hogarth have awesome hand drawings. Your tits were not wrong individually, but they were two different tits, so I picked the one I liked and adjusted the second - this is a perspective problem its tricky but you gotta practive that too.
Awesome construction of her head tho. And very methodical approach to this illustration, keep that up and you gonna see some gains.
I couldn't make out what she was holding in her left hand, I assume its a newspaper?

Lastly - Don't post WIPs, post finished work or people can't critique it properly and you will miss out on VERY important information.
