He's right though, it's funny a normie can spot bad design decisions by a skilled artist and at least indicate problem areas.

The composition reads really badly and there isn't enough contrast. E.g. what the fuck is that gargoyle doing? At first read it's confusing, at second read it might be sitting on her shoulder, at third read it looks like it's coming after her but then it should be posed more like it's descending rather than floating behind to protect her - okay, then if it is guarding her why is it watching the back of her head?

Not to mention it doesn't pop against the background, if it's as close to her as it appears it should have at least some of the same, warm rim-lighting on the closest wing (which would group it with the woman, who the gargoyle may be protecting).

If we really want to push the compositional autism, there's also too much going on in the triangle between the wolves and the gargoyle. Not to mention, the focal points being the three faces, the gargoyle's is way too close to the woman.
