I dont understand the perspective of your hand. Use contour lines to show it to yourself.
Draw the ropes curved around the volumes to make the forms appear 3D.
Use the ropes to show the squishiness of the skin e.g. on the breasts.
Brest should be stretched more horizontally.
Base of the breast should be visible from this perspective.
Overlapping on the elbow of the girl in the front is wrong.
Use ropes to show perspective -> make them bigger towards the camera.
