A normal DPI to save B/W pages at is 600 DPI with whatever size you want. Which is normally 5 x 7.5 In for Viz Media manga (which I recommend). Color Pages should be 300 DPI mainly because they don't need to be as sharp as B/W, but you have the option to choose it 600 for it.

For picrel, I noticed the image was absurdly large in terms of inches. Almost 5 feet tall. Meaning you'll have to do a lot of scaling and resolution changes to get it working for print.

Also, here is an idea of how badly not accounting for margin can be. Don't fall victim to it!!
