done quickly with basic brushes so its still pretty far off from ideal, and no adjustments made to hands and arms you can figure that out, but hopefully it gives you something to compare to. Perhaps even, something to look at and still figure out what's off with it still.

Anatomy studies. That is where you are most heavily lacking. And yeah, as that anon stated above, your color selection is pretty aggressive in saturation. Experiment with some color palettes to find something more tasteful, perhaps.
