The biggest problem I have is stuff like the jaw and chin in relation to the initial circle I draw and the position of eyes.

I'm kind of better at drawing slightly more realistic or masculine style faces but I drop my spaghetti at anime girls. Biggest problem like I said, the jaw and chin. I figured that a Loomis style method would yield me a more realistic style head which is not what I want to go for stylistically.
