Thanks for your guidance, I'll give it a try, luckily, I already avoid most of the stuff considered unhealthy and the diet in my country is typically low in carbs. I've tried the alarm thing once, but it's mostly for when I'm grinding so I wont stay drawing just one pose for too long.

Yeah, I also get stuck at the "staring" thing. I open the damn file, stare at the pic for a while but don't plug in the tablet. Then I go browse something else or play a game, and every 10 minutes I go back to look at it until it's already late night and I go to sleep.
It's like a mental "should I...? Should...?! SHOULD I?!?!?!"
