You cannot solve that problem, unless you manage to collectively beat the retard out of humanity.
They do it all for the attention.
Most of them also only reply to critique and feedback, with their personal diaries or life stories.
If they got better, no one would care about helping them and they couldn't get the attention they want, thus they freak out in an attempt to get some.
Such people are also the first to point out any minor mistake others make and blow it out of proportion and heavily crab on others because that makes them feel power over someone else, and that is actually what such miserable people truly desire.
