Support and encouragement is minimal because we're dogshit, we're slow at everything because we lack techniques and shortcuts, and motivation wavers because of low confidence.

But just over the hill, is being proud of the work, people liking it too so it encourages you, and the bliss of creating something exactly how you picture it in your head
