I'll repost here.

I'm realizing that I have some real shit spatial intelligence because I started drawing pretty late and I can't intuitively turn angles in my head.

Like imagine a pole angled 45 degrees on the X plane, rotate the y axis 45 degrees towards you.

I had to bust out a calculator to find that the x axis length is 1/2^0.5 , around 0.707

What is the best way to train this skill? Should I just make a visual library of different angle combinations and memorize it?
