My XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro keeps displaying the "No Signal/Power Saving" message when I turn it on, yet touch functionality remains even when the power is off. As far as I can tell my drivers are up to date, and I tested every configuration of the stock 3-in-1 HDMI/USB/power cable as well as a standard USB-A/USB-C cable (which until about 10 days ago had worked flawlessly) on two different computers with the tablet software installed. Is there a way to get it to behave, or is this my punishment for trying to save a buck buying chink hardware?
