At the very beginning. For months, years even, since I got in my head the idea of becoming a drawfag, I didn't draw shit because I knew the results would be bad, even though it's necessary to pump out a LOT of horrible drawings to improve. I just felt too bad to touch a pen. I just lurked /ic/ and browsed twitter and pixiv in search of artwork, with the occasional traced drawing to make me feel better about the fact that I wasn't doing jackshit.
So with this inktober I got out of my comfort zone and actually started doing stuff. It's trash but, you know, you gotta start somewhere.
... So here it is, at least I'm drawing now. It feels good. Thanks for asking anon.
