/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

Anybody know good pencils that won't get all shiny? I read that charcoal might be better than graphite. This is just something I did quickly at work yesterday which is why it's on a legal pad but I couldn't get a good picture of it straight on without it reflecting a ton of light. Also please critique the sketch itself.
