if this is your understanding of machine learning, or even just computers in general. i was never going to get through.

nevermind that it is a ANN. never mind that pretty much all of its capabilities come from the training data.
but whoa... computer gets programmed to do stuff...
i could again make an analogy to how humans program their neurons with everything they do, but that again, is too much for your peabrains.
by the way, have more cats. i guess the AI just had all these cats and their reflections in the water. it took that from its "database" and then mashed it together!
