Sugar problems/eating/health problems can effect mood, etc so that could possibly be it. Maybe try to at least cut down on the sugar a little bit if you can. Cutting it out cold turkey is impossible without extremely godly willpower. At the very least drinking ore water will help if thats not possible. (It effects the same types of things)
Do you have diabetes? That can make you more tired (less motivated) as well

Pretty good anon. Still I want to know why you think fanart is pandering really? Also people make art for other artists because they like something they made and or are friends with them.

What software should I buy as an upgrade from Sai? I want to animate as well as draw digitally, and free shit doesn't cut it there.
Adobe wants $170 from me (a student) for one year of their programs, is that worth it? My other option I know of is Clip Studio Paint, which I think is about $200 without the need to renew. What else is out there?
