The main problem I see is that the arms are too short. It changes from person to person and posture but generally if one on stands the arm line up with the bottom of the rib cage where the waist is the thinnest and the wrists line up with the bottom of the pelvis the hands hanging below that. Note that while we can bend the wrist towards the pinky we cannot bent it upwards towards the thumb we can only make it look like that by bending it dowm.

Just use longer arms and it should look better. Also a note on the hands that the hands should be big enough to cover half of someone's face from the chin up to the eyebrows, granted with animu usually people draw bigger heads and smaller hands to make it cuter.

Also the tail is supposed to be a continuation of the spine so it likely should come out above the ass cheeks.

Finally the vagoo faces downwards not forwards you cannot see a woman's open hole like that from the front.
