Lamy has a (presumably comprehensive) list of EMR devices. Do not buy AES. N-Trig is a bad joke and should not be used by anyone ever.

Some of Fujitsu's rugged dockables have EMR, the latest being the Q737. However, they are only 13.3 inches and neither the hardware nor the keyboard are anything to write home about. Screen colors are just about serviceable. They also only sell to businesses, no retail.

I would, however, strongly advice AGAINST BUYING ANY 2-IN-1 DEVICE AT ALL. Get a full-fledged, robust and repairable laptop instead (you should have one anyway), and throw in an Intuos.
Ask yourself: What are you going to use this for? Are you just casually going to pull out your desktop-style device and doodle on it in your hands? Yes, screenless displays may seem outdated to some, but they are still better to draw with than any ultra-thin and yet clunky convertible would be. You are probably itching to buy yourselves new toys, but with such finnicky and fragile hardware it is best to stick to the well-working basics.

As for what laptop you should generally get: A thick one. If Thinkpads are too archaic for you, there's a couple of lesser known companies with decent setups. Schenker/XMG, for instance, allow you to open the case in their warranty conditions, as far as I recall. Might have changed, don't think so. You can also go much cheaper, of course.
