Is a hermit with amnesia living in the wild who likes eating boar living a political statement?
Is a bacteria splitting itself to populate a poltical act?
Is the explosion of the sun resulting in gases creating nebulae across the sky a political statement?
Is a drop of water dripping from a cave a political statement?

Is all of the above a god damm political statement, or is it life just living as it is without giving a shit what a Twitter user has to say about it?

>pic related is the average skill of a /v/ drawthread drawfag.

Was it really necessary to lie to everyone?

Here's their Booru: http://vidyart.booru.org/
OP is hardly the "average".

No, I'm not shitting on them, most of the drawfriends there are pretty chill and draw for fun. Some of them would like to get better, but its hardly their goal in life.

You'd be hard pressed to get any actual criticisms from drawthreads, however. They tend bully anyone who points out flaws. So if you want those ass pats and reddit isn't your thing, the drawthreads are a good place to go.

Like >>2034155 said, your tools don't matter, but if it will act like a placebo and get you to he's likely to be using a Brush pen, Copic markers and maybe a water brush to drag tones around.

Now go get drawing.
